Wonderful sound from Wallscourt Brass and John Bodily

From the haunting arrangement of Sometimes I Feel Like A Motherless Child to the rumbustious Swiss marches arranged by Elgar Howarth, the Wallscourt Brass Quintet gave a memorable concert yesterday afternoon. If that wasn’t enough, John Bodily brought to life the newly-restored organ in two ‘sets’ with pieces ranging from Bach’s fugue, entitled The Giant, to Louis Vierne’s delicate Berceuse.
